Welcome to Duitlaju44. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Duitlaju44 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at duitlaju44.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

By accessing this Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other person who interacts with the Duitlaju44 Platform. They apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout this Agreement:

In order to register an account and use the real-money features of the Duitlaju44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Duitlaju44 strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is mandatory. Any account determined to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the original payment method.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or any subsequent access to the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of Duitlaju44 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform, or self-excluded through any responsible gambling mechanism offered by the Company.

Each User is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) registered account on the Duitlaju44 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid payment details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify Duitlaju44 of any changes by contacting our support team.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal request, Duitlaju44 is required to verify your identity under our KYC obligations. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of residential address dated within 90 days. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the temporary suspension of your withdrawal privileges.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Duitlaju44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Duitlaju44 supports a range of deposit methods designed for the convenience of Malaysian players. Accepted deposit channels include, but are not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and your account verification status. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Duitlaju44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposit transactions are generally credited to your Account instantaneously. In rare cases of technical delay, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team.
• Duitlaju44 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which Duitlaju44 accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of on-chain confirmation. Duitlaju44 is not responsible for price fluctuations between the time of sending and the time of confirmation.

Verified account holders may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the Account portal. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing may take up to 24 hours in cases requiring additional verification.

Withdrawal conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible.
• Real Money Funds and cleared bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Pending bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Duitlaju44 reserves the right to impose a processing delay of up to 48 hours on withdrawal requests in cases where additional identity or source-of-funds verification is required.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address nominated by the User at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Network fees are borne by the User.

Duitlaju44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who are at least 21 years of age and have a fully registered account in good standing.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type — the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus carries a 35x requirement; the 100% Standard Bonus carries a 10x requirement; the 188% Esports Bonus carries an 18x requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Where a player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds shall be used first in all wagers.
• Duitlaju44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold bonus winnings, or suspend a player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other form of dishonest exploitation of promotional offers.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to the player's account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• The 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus is credited automatically upon a qualifying cryptocurrency deposit and is not subject to standard wagering requirements. Maximum bonus value is MYR 688 per transaction.

All bets and wagers placed on the Duitlaju44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any real-money wager.

• Sports Betting: All sports wagers are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body for the sport in question. Covered markets include Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other designated international tournaments. Live in-play wagers are accepted at the Company's discretion and are final once confirmed.
• Live Casino: All live dealer game outcomes are final as announced by the dealer or displayed on the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the Company will settle the wager based on available recorded game data.
• Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. The Company does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds published due to technical error, or manifest pricing error. Voided bets will be refunded to the player's Account in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Duitlaju44 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Company.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform, including game interfaces or the betting interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other scheme designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the payment system for financial gain.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any Duitlaju44 support agent or other user of the Platform.

All content available on the Duitlaju44 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, and compiled data ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Duitlaju44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Content without prior written consent from Duitlaju44.
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on any Content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology forming part of the Platform.

Duitlaju44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with tools to maintain healthy gaming habits. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users through the Account portal:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts to be notified after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time spent on the Platform and net session profit or loss.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which real-money gaming features are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling behaviour may request a permanent or time-limited self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated duration and take effect within 24 hours of the request being processed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duitlaju44 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Duitlaju44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company's aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the preceding 12-month period.

Duitlaju44 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party payment provider outages, and force majeure events may periodically affect service availability. The Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where possible.

Duitlaju44 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the User's bank or payment provider.
• A User's request to self-exclude under our Responsible Gambling policy.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other lawful instruction requiring the Company to restrict a User's account.

Upon account termination for any of the above reasons, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account that are not subject to an ongoing investigation, chargeback dispute, or forfeiture will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to successful identity verification.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Duitlaju44 holds its international online gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between a User and Duitlaju44, the User must first contact our customer support team and allow a minimum of 30 days for the Company to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If the dispute remains unresolved following this initial period, the User may escalate the matter through the appropriate formal dispute resolution channel specified by the Company's licensing authority.

The parties agree that any formal legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

Duitlaju44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, the Company will notify registered Users by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, where practically feasible.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at duitlaju44.cam/terms-conditions and will be marked with the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform and contact our support team to initiate a voluntary account closure and withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance.
